When will I receive my item?

Every By the Graces is handmade in and ships from our Oxford, MS studio. So long as you've provided all relevant information, and unless stated otherwise, all orders will ship out in 1 business day.

Unless you select otherwise during checkout, all items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail (Economy) which takes 4-7 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for all US orders. A variety of shipping upgrades are available at the time of checkout should you wish to receive your order faster.

Where do you ship?

We'll ship anywhere you'd like! Please see the calculated shipping rates during checkout for non-US orders.

Will I receive tracking?

Upon shipping, you'll receive a shipping notice to the email address or phone number you provided at the time of placing your order.

What happens if my item is damaged during shipping?

Products will always be packaged with the utmost care and detail to attention, but should a product arrive damaged, please contact us at thegraces@bythegraces.com so that we can remedy the situation as quickly as possible. Please includes images of the shipping materials and items.
