Damages and Other Issues
Upon delivery, please inspect all items to ensure that they were not damaged during transport and that we didn't make a mistake (we strive for perfection, but we're still human!) If you notice any issues, please reach out immediately and we'll do our absolute best to make it right!
Returns/Exchanges
All items, including gift cards, cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded due to the custom/personalized nature of all items that we sell. That said, please see our ♥️ Your Item Guarantee above. We'll do everything we can to ensure you're satisfied with your transaction!
