A: All of our premade designs are exactly that...styles, colors, and patterns that we've curated and work hard to always have available.

Design Your Own allows you to use our special technology to choose from our entire selection of beads, colors, and styles to build a product that's uniquely yours. There are over 1,000,000 combinations available.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: All items are made to order and will ship within 1 business day via the method you selected at checkout. Our free US shipping takes 3-14 days.

As soon as your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number which can provide a more accurate date of delivery.

If you need your item more urgently, we'd suggest opting for Express shipping which provides a guaranteed delivery data (if it doesn't arrive on time, you'll be refunded for the shipping!)

Q: Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

A: Every item in our store is available personalized, and can be configured right on our website. We gladly accept custom requests and offer our products in bulk, wholesale, branded options. Contact us to learn more.

Q: Do you offer a discount for large orders?

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping and packaging?

A: All of our products are beautifully packaged and make wonderful gifts without any additional wrapping. That said, we gladly offer custom printed gift messages for $.95 as part of the checkout process

Q: Oops, I made a typo! What should I do?

A: We produce all items as ordered to avoid "correcting" something that was done intentionally. If you made a typo during the ordering process, reach out to us ASAP so that we can update your order.
